Information to be provided to data subjects pursuant to Articles 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”)
A-ICE S.r.l., is a supplier of software and other digital services in the aviation and airport handling sector (the “Business“). A-ICE, performing its Commercial Activity, uses and processes personal data of employees or business contacts from clients/partners/suppliers of A-ICE (the “Business Contacts“). A-ICE provides the Business Contacts the following information as requested under article 13 of the GDPR:
- Categories of personal data and purpose of the processing
A-ICE S.r.l., shall process Business Contacts’ personal data (name and surname, e-mail, job title, business telephone number) only to perform a contract to which the Business Contacts’ companies are parties as set forth in the article 6 b) of the GDPR, or in order to take steps, at the Business Contacts’ request, prior to entering into a contract. A-ICE needs to process the Business Contacts’ personal data in order to perform its Business. Business Contacts are required to provide their personal data otherwise A-ICE cannot enter into a contract with Business Contacts’ companies.
- Way of processing
For the above purpose of processing or other functional purposes related to the Business, A-ICE could transfer the Business Contacts’ personal data to its affiliates or other companies that shall be appointed by A-ICE as data processors as required under article 28 of the GDPR in order to provide services related to A-ICE Business such as: pay-roll, accountant services, back office and management services. A-ICE shall process the Business Contacts’ personal data both with analogic or technologic means according to the requirements set out in the article 5 of the GDPR and in compliance with any other national or European laws or regulations.
A-ICE shall store the Business Contacts’ personal data only for the time needed to perform its Business and until the relevant Business Contact keeps working, with the same job title, for the companies that have an on-going business relationship with A-ICE. A-ICE shall not transfer the Business Contacts’ personal data to a third country or international organisation.
- Business contacts’ rights
The Business Contacts shall have the rights set forth in the articles 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 (where applicables) of the GDPR and they can address their relevant requests to email@example.com.

A-ICE S.r.l., c.f. 04492870961, with registered office in Via dei Castelli Romani 59, 00071 – Pomezia (RM) – Italy, is the Data Controller of the Business Contacts’ personal data.
